Okiya Omtatah says he is a friend of President Ruto, but the constitution is more friendly to him than his relationship with President Ruto.
But in his speech, Omtatah told the President to his face that the Bill is not good for Kenya adding that it is violating some aspects of the Constitution.
Okiya Omtatah states that the financing bill has more harms that are affecting the Kenya constitution and he might end up in court, He has already prepared a petition to challenge it in court.
