Dimensions data is set to be rebranded to NTT DATA to increase investment opportunities in East and West Africa.
In a statement, Dimensions Data stated that the move came into effect after receiving approval from the communications authority of Kenya.
According to the Dimension Data Managing Director for East and West Africa, Richard Hechle, it is fundamental to leverage emerging opportunities in Africa to see investment metamorphosis in the regions.
“Our focus as the leadership team is to grow our business in East and West Africa, with plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities in markets like Ethiopia and Rwanda,” he said.
Hehle further affirmed that the rebrand will be pivotal in embracing the continuity of the legacy and experience of the company, coupled with a renewed focus on growth and innovation.
“This evolution promises a differentiated, consistent, and enhanced client experience through world-class platform-delivered managed services,” he stated.
Dimension Data has affirmed that the new face of the company will be accompanied by enhanced global expertise and avenues for clients, employees, and business growth across the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
“The transition is expected to usher in a new era for the company, introducing NTT DATA’s renowned global services not only in Kenya but in East Africa,” the statement read.
“Through a comprehensive array of services and innovation spanning consulting, applications, infrastructure, connectivity, and operations, the companies’ clients will benefit from the assurance of partnering with a globally recognized and respected technology provider,” it added.
